> **Pros**: The onboarding process was great and the application is easy to use, not much time is needed to get an employee to work with this tool.

> **Cons**: The pricing could be better, it's a monthly subscription as most software nowadays, it's definitely better priced for bigger companies.

> VITS helped me automate some EHS processes and the documentation management is much smoother now.
