> Adding a 3rd party to any actual emergency hot line for maintenance adds unnecessary and complicated situations that could be entirely avoided. My property unfortunately has enacted HF’s service; and I can say from first had experience this is a WASTE OF TIME. They have flooded my work order system with MORE work orders, and have confused my residents. HF doesn’t work on site, nor understand anyone’s specific property so they will NEVER be able to give proper assistance in any emergency situation. Happy Force is NOT HELPFUL. &#10;&#10;Sincerely, average maintenance technician
