> **Pros**: The main thing I like most about Mac Internet Security X9 is that is made for the Mac and not a non-Mac software with a Mac version.  It runs nicely, silently and smoothly in the background.  The software does what it is supposed to do with its monitoring and quarantining of malicious code, viruses, trojans, etc.

> **Cons**: It takes a bit to learn the workings of some of the components, but is overall not that difficult to do so.
> 
> My overall experience with Mac Internet Security X9 is a very positive one.  The few times something malicious has tried to sneak through, the software caught them and took care of them immediately.
