Con la nueva funcionalidad de sentimiento me ayudó a detectar imperfecciones en el servicio ofrecido. Pudimos definir palabras claves y me da un % del sentimiento hacia esa palabra. Si es positivo, o negativo. Permite tambien identificar el % que representa a cada sucursal.

> **Cons**: Se podría sumar un poco mas de personalización al portal de captación de datos. Pero ya ha sido reportado y el equipo están trabajando en la actualizacion.
