Inquiry section is very good for finding items with batch numbers so that you can go look up any specific transaction after the fact. Support is amazing. The degree of thoroughness and ability to assist with any issue you have is above and beyond. This is through the Online Support section. > > **Cons**: Reports - common reports had to be made special and were a paid for add on. I feel that if you are in a specific State or Province you should have all the reports that are required by the Government available for you to utilize and not have to pay to get them created. I dislike whomever owns our contract with Sage now. To get any answer to any question automatically costs you.
