> **Pros**: It's user interface is quite friendly, I have found that it can be used online and offline so if my internet connection is cut off(as it frequently happens) I don't lose data

> **Cons**: There are payroll errors where some staff receive their salaries and many more do not

> Overall, I'd say it's fair. It's payroll management is quite good and it's interface is friendly. However, there needs to be improvement in the payroll process calculations.

> **Pros**: Secure offline accessibility. Used to the interface after years of use. Easy set up and little mistakes ever made in updates which are quickly fixed.

> **Cons**: The software is grossly overpriced. Although what's much worst is the check stock that is custom to the software and forces you to spend 500+ dollars a box. Typically ends up becoming more costly than the software. Also they do not release the end of year forms module until you buy another year. To hold back w2 filings is a very sneaky and disingenuous method to keep your business

> Overall I found that Paysoft seems to be an afterthought to their own services and just offers the software since they have to keep it updated for their own use anyways. Customer service is often unavailable and typically will call you back at a later time. The graphical user interface hasn't been updated since the 90s it looks like but understandable since it's extra time and money which isn't necessary or a function required to process payroll.
