> Until recent acquisition by a larger company it was a very customer focused software developer. product features and enhancement very customer driven and they worked to create solutions to meet actual customer needs.

> **Pros**: The features that work best in ShulCloud are 1. the ability to create a form with optional payment 2. the ease to add charges/payments. I love that if I need to create a quick event, I can gather information I need and even charge them and it goes right to their account. I can add any charges or payment in a matter of a few clicks.

> **Cons**: A feature I would love to see is some sort of identification of the user who is making changes to an account, generating charges or payments. It would be helpful to know since we have so many users with access to account.

> My experience has been up and down... For quick easy access to information, it's great.  It has been a cumbersome task to "clean" up our accounts when we transferred from old system.

> **Pros**: We love that this software, unlike most other similar software, was designed specifically with our needs as a synagogue in mind. Furthermore, it meets the needs of our Orthodox congregation in a way that even other synagogue management software did not.

> **Cons**: Some features that we had come to rely on are either discontinued, or being discontinued (e.g. the TV interface, which we use daily)

> I have been using ShulCloud for the past 5 1/2 years, on a daily basis. A year or so ago I would have sung the praises of SC and Rusty Brick to anyone who would listen. Now, I find myself having to hedge any praise with a lot of caveats about their poor customer service, less than adequate training and support of new features, and general support.
