### "Not as easy to implement as the sales pitch might make it seem to be" — 3.0/5

> **Pros**: It does have some nice flashy charts and graphs. Some of the features are interesting and well thought out. The support staff are quite excited about their product. Some originally really hokey ways of doing things have been improved.
> 
> **Cons**: The software is not at all easy to implement. We have had weekly scrum calls with the vendor for over a year.   Over most of the project, there has been 2-3 full time staff members implementing the product, as well as several other employees helping part time. There were times where one of the founders appeared to be coding a solution for us. Don't count on implementing this product without some technical knowledge. 

There's no way to interface lists of values into the product.

> Shibumi product itself is really strange; seems like a solution in search of a problem. And the solution is not the most intuitive. Shibumi staff is dedicated to helping their customers, but I'm afraid that's not worth the trouble of dealing with the software.  Our staff developers could have designed a better product to solve the problem we were trying to solve, in less time, and for less cost. In hindsight, that would have been a better route. I fear switching away from Shibumi, whenever that may be, will be tremendously difficult. With the effort needed to configure and maintain Shibumi, I would not consider it SaaS, nor would I recommend it to anyone considering implementing it.
