> **Pros**: Integration was seamless, and their support team is something you rarely find on other loyalty SaaS we used in the past.
I liked the way they customize their product to your product and most importantly our customers' needs.
This is a UGC machine and simply automated the way we're communicating with our customers.

- Actually drives results: We got a good amount of referred new customers and our social media accounts are significantly more visible
