> **Pros**: The best part about Quick Consols is their customer service - it is the best. They listen, they want to help, they want to partner and seek a solution. The implementation went well with the initial team. Now on "steady state" they continue to partner and work through next steps for optimizing the tool.Also the tool as a whole is easy to administer and user adoption has been huge largely because it is intuitive and easy to use.

And the interface allows me to view and undertand the key metrics and how they play out.

> **Pros**: I liked the fact that is really user-friendly. Anyone could easily use it.

> **Cons**: Due to my poor eyesight, I couldn't use this software as I would've liked to.  Maybe they could add a customization option to increase text sizes, or change menu colors etc. That would help a lot.
