I worked closely with Cario team members across the development, implementation and training and customer support functions. The whole team demonstrated a can-do attitude and were very customer centric in their approach. They also provided a range of useful training tools including administration and User Guides as well as quick reference tools and videos to support end users.

You can compare carriers, manage your own fleet, track every delivery and reconcile freight costs through one connected platform. This gives operational and customer service teams real time visibility, reduces manual effort and helps make better decisions about cost, service and delivery performance. Most importantly, it integrates with the systems already use, including D365, NetSuite, SAP etc so you gain value quickly without adding another disconnected platform.

> **Cons**: There is very little to dislike. The only feedback would be ongoing enhancements to reporting and analytics as operational requirements become more sophisticated.
