### "An Accountants Solution to Data Collection" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: Ledgersync provided our team a time saving solution for financial data collection.  The ability to see all check images on a single scrolling page was so powerful while doing data entry with two screens.  The customer support staff is amazing and willing to help.

> **Cons**: My biggest complaint, is not actually their fault.  For the past 4+ years most financial institutions (bank and credit card companies) have been trying to slow down the front door access to their transactional information by making it very difficult for apps to login in through the standard username and password.

Ledgersync has been directly impacted by these efforts especially by institutions like Chase, Wells Fargo and Capital One.  Every change they make requires more software development to keep it running.  I wish this was a set it once and forget it type of app, but none of them are.

This application made such a difference for our firm, that we created numerous videos to share with the members of QB Community Live Facebook group (2200+ bookkeepers, accountants, \& tax professionals) hoping that it will save them time every month too\!

> **Pros**: \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is awesome\! Answers all questions promptly too\! I love the option to text my client to reconnect bank accounts.

> **Cons**: You need to set a reminder to retrieve the monthly statements or else you may miss a statement and need to contact the support. Although, there support is quick and easy so it's not a problem.

> **Pros**: -When the software works, statements and transactions download as advertised. However, those days are few and far between. 
-Version 1 was buggy, but ultimately did what I needed to run my company.

> **Cons**: -It's a tool that is supposed to save me time and money -- but has cost me hundreds of dollars in staff time and headache.
-"Version 2" was supposed to be amazing and stable, but it costs 5x more and does 10x less.
-I currently have a handful of tickets that have been open for months, with the resolution for some of them as "sorry, that bank just doesn't work any more"
-Support takes weeks to say "try again" and then goes radio silent for another week. 
-Does not work for non-mainstream banks.
-Check image and statement downloading seldom work, interface is buggy, and no long syncs with Dropbox.

-I've worked closely with the support team for years, but I can no longer afford to dedicate 10+ hours a month to downloading bank statements.

> **Pros**: So far the connections our clients have set have stayed stable.  The ability to have them text a code for the occasional connection break is one our clients really like.

> **Cons**: Need more than just banks a credit cards, merchant service statements and payroll.  No doubt theya re working on it.

> The support has been very good when we needed it and they responded quickly.  To me that is the most important feature four our side of the use of LedgerSync.
