> **Pros**: It works very, very well. It does exactly what it’s advertised to do. I used to have amazing customer service experiences with them.

> **Cons**: They let me sign up for a free account. I thought I’d give the professional plan a try. It was too expensive since they raised the price to $24 a month. I have a small business. So, I decided to return to the free version. That’s when I discovered that the free version was, “temporarily unavailable.” It’s had this status for two months now. (It’s not really “temporarily unavailable,” is it?) Why can’t they just be honest and say there is no more free version? The moment they were apparently bought out by another company called Trivoni Software, the free version disappeared. I contacted them by email to ask what was going on, and they simply ignored my email.

> It was wonderful until Trivoni Software took over. Before, you’d write an email, and you’d receive a reply within a day…if not within hours. Not anymore. They have simply ignored two e-mails I have sent regarding the disappearance of the “Free Version,” that have been ignored. Why do they still advertise on the web that they offer a free version, when that is not the case at all?
