Hellotax are very obviously engaging in fraudulent and illegal practices, and are continuing to steal from our small business whilst not providing the services that we have paid for. Despite our initial good relationship with Hellotax, since December 2024 they have continued to direct debit our bank account despite failing to file our VAT data or address the technological issues with their online platform that have prevented us from paying our VAT to the appropriate tax authorities. This has led to us experiencing compliance issues with various tax authorities, as well as having to pay for the services of another VAT filing company despite the continued illegal direct debit of our bank account for their VAT filing services. DO NOT SIGN UP TO HELLOTAX.
