HelloBar is simple to use and does the job

5.0 5 years ago

Comments: Helps me convert visitors and curate where I want them to go. I saw from heatmapping that people went to the hellobar before any of our CTA Buttons!

Pros:

I'm not a huge fan of sumome because there's TOO MANY OPTIONS. I use HelloBar on most WordPress sites that I manage. My favorite thing about it is the easy A/B testing.

Cons:

I have to use Zapier to connect it to Ontraport. It's only a tiny inconvenience.

Alternatives Considered:

Easy to setup use HelloBar Notifications

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: I must say the HelloBar is quite useful for small to large-scale industries. If you have small or SaaS based business or something like Lead Generation is your primary things then must go with the HelloBar.

Pros:

From Integration to setup the Hellobar is a quite an easy experience. HelloBar is a only my first options before 3 years ago.

Cons:

There must be more options for FOMO grade notifications like Announcements, Popups, Timers, Integrations for reviews, sales, Visitors numbers, etc... Those are very important nowadays which are provided from other competitors in the market. HelloBar is more over the Conversion based service for your website.

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Hello Bar is an exceptional tool that has revolutionized my email list-building strategy. Its user-friendly interface, powerful targeting options, and seamless integrations have made it an indispensable part of my marketing toolkit. The landing page builder and advanced targeting might have a slight learning curve. However, the benefits outweigh the drawbacks. Overall, it's an effective and reliable tool for capturing leads and growing your email list.

Pros:

Hello Bar has significantly boosted my email list growth. Targeting specific website visitors with relevant lead magnets and offers has been a game-changer. I can easily identify which messages resonate best, enabling me to improve my campaigns continuously.

Cons:

Users with more advanced needs may find its simple landing page designs inadequate.

They stopped maintaining the software

3.0 3 years ago

Pros:

Was affordable before. Backed by [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN].

Cons:

Hellobar was great, 2 years ago... They stopped maintaining the software. Support is now outsourced to god knows where and they are not helpful. Out of a sudden we started experiencing bugs. They trashed our traffic and keep lying about it. Switching providers as this is totally unacceptable. There are plenty of options and it's not good value anymore.

5.0 3 weeks ago New

Comments: Hello Bar is a fantastic tool for businesses looking to build their email lists and generate leads. It's user-friendly, effective, and delivers a strong return on investment. While there might be more comprehensive marketing automation platforms out there, Hello Bar excels in simplicity and ease of use.

Pros:

Even with limited tech knowledge, creating and launching Hello Bar campaigns was a breeze. The intuitive interface makes it easy to navigate and customize elements.

Cons:

I can't think of any such point as of now.
