> **Cons**: Our implementation in getting our Adobe AEM Guides connector up and running took over 9 months. I think it was a combination of Adobe, Zebra, and GL issues. 

Would like the invoicing portal to have more sortable options for  finding content. With multiple business units using it, it needs filtering to be more effective.

> Overall pleased with translations and our customer support (Mara). Bit frustrated at the technical issues that pop up and getting them resolved, but issue is not always on GL's side.
