> **Pros**: AGW is easy to use and can do whatever you need. For our plant, AGW help us to manage all our IMM \& assembly stations. It provides production management, traceability, stock management. AGW can even inetract with some legacy systems and machines\!

> **Cons**: Except some software crashes that are now solved, I have no cons to say regarding AGW in general. Team is always trying to solve your issues and always provide you a high quality customer service.

> To sum up, AGW team can understand pretty well your business needs and translate them into piece of software that will always improve your work quality. Also, the support team is always available to provide their help, even during the night shift when production issues can happen.

> **Pros**: AGW brings state of the art and reliable system monitoring to the manufacturing plant that provides real-time results and preventative capabilities that enable the local team to ensure operations and shipping are seldom impacted.

> **Cons**: The ease of use and deployment of AGW was simple.  So simple that the plant management team were reluctant to accept the system into daily use and requested that the old system be left online for several months.  As it turned out AGW was assimilated into the plant quickly and the old system was finally terminated based on the flawless implementation and user acceptance and system stability.

> The plant team has requested minor updates to the application which were easily deployed by the Olsom team.  Flexibility of the application and ease of change implementation make any user requests easy to deploy in a short amount of time.  Additionally, the stability of the application is awesome and easy to administer.  Very little effort is necessary to support the system once implemented.  The main effort is adding new users or resources to the system.  This is a hands-free system for the most part.
