Pros:

FM Clarity is an easy software to use compared to other software's i have used in the past.

Cons:

When trying to find or add a supplier you have to know the email address to locate them .

Clear - easy - fast

Pros:

Fast, clearly structured, works on all devices. Comprehensive setup. Integrated communication platform - no need for emails. History of what happened with the work order - no switching between different software solutions. Intuitive, clearly structured.

Cons:

Cannot say as I have only seen demo on show.

The Best FM System Around

Comments: The system has saved us from multiple spreadsheets, phone calls and emails, it's a one stop shop all in one system. The training, support and customer experience has been amazing.

Pros:

Ease of use for both user and contractor. Easy to communicate with user once jobs are logged and also easy to communicate with contractor to get an up to date picture of where things are at. It's such an intuitive system, it gives us everything we need in an FM system.

Cons:

Would love it to eventually integrate with our accounts system, but I'm sure that's in time to come.

Comments: The FMClarity software has allowed us to establish a single source of truth for the property portfolio. the system being available for multiple divisions of the organisation has reduced the duplications of spreadsheets and allowed staff real time access to information.

Pros:

The layout is amazing, the ease in which you can move through all aspects of each property is fantastic.

Cons:

Limited Cons with the system, We appreciate the FMC team taking on board ideas for future development of the system.
