> **Pros**: We are using Backup radar for the past couple of years \& the most liked thing about this it's easy to integrate \& configure \& helps us maintain data security \& availability. We have integrated our cloud environment \& on-prem environment devices as well  \& it helps us to backup automatically at desired scheduled time. It also provides frequently unsuccessful backup details \& root causes for the same as well.

> **Cons**: As far as we are using the only issue we get some time we the report \& analysis feature as it does not provide a custom detail format.

> Our overall experience with Backup Radar is good as it manages all backup-related issues \& provides us with a reliable solution.

> **Pros**: This software was able to support our wide array of backup software programs and provide a single pane of glass and also a single point of entry for our ticketing system. Support was also able and willing to create custom parsing rules as we needed them on rare occasion.
> 
> **Cons**: Maintenance outages have been a bit too frequent in my opinion. When the parsing or mail server is down, even missing one day, it results in a slew of false positive "No results" which we have to manually cleanup. Support can be a bit slow. Also, it appears custom parsing rules apply to all tenants, so this can result in slow build times. I would prefer being able to create the custom parsing rules ourselves and for our own tenant.
