> **Pros**: The intuitive nature of Collection Harbor allowed me to not only begin working quickly myself, but also to teach volunteers. A straight forward and clean layout has helped immensely when teaching older and less technically inclined volunteers to use the program. Ease of searching combined with the perfect amount of detail entry options makes cataloging our 60 year old collection quick and rewarding.

> **Cons**: Photo uploading includes no options to rotate, resize, or crop the photo from within the software. It is also difficult at times to remove a photo from an object entry if it is formatted incorrectly or the improper image. These are likely due to the program being new and customer service quickly helped from their end to remedy the issue\!

> Collection Harbor has been key to revitalizing efforts to catalogue our 30,000+ objects that have evaded digitization since our museums 1960 founding. The ease of use and low learning curve made it an absolute necessity when teaching volunteers their roles. The team behind the program helped to ensure the software featured exactly what our organization needed, nothing more and nothing less. In the past 60 years of our existence, out organization has attempted and failed to digitize the extensive collection due to conversion software that requires textbooks to even begin to use. Collection Harbor finally pushed us into the digital age\!
