No longer do I call some offshore office with non English speaking people only to be told no no no be put on hold endlessly and pass the buck. Now one call to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and she handles anything I need. But the absolute best is when we receive and envelope in the mail with one of \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] Dollar bill origami's. We have a whole collection of them in our office.
