### "Don't go anywhere near them\!" — 1.0/5

> You would be amazed at how nothing at De Facto is there fault... They claim that nothing in their software ever goes wrong...This however is not the case. After a dreadful implementation which to be honest, I think was made up as they went a long, things only got worse. Most of the staff is poorly trained, and are continuously clueless when trying to solve issues.
The M.D is extremely rude and arrogant, and needs a lot of lessons on how to speak to his customers.
DO NOT BUY DE FACTO for their WMS system. It is held together with paper clips and gum. 
They claim it to be a finished product, however you will spend loads of money for them to 'bespoke' it to you,  bespoke meaning actually building the standard product and making it work. In fact we have now bought multiple bolt-on software packages from elsewhere, to replace certain modules in De Facto which proved to be useless.
We chose De Facto over other providers mainly because of the cheap price. The entire company is now living with the terrible consequences. The next chance we get, we will be searching for another.

> **Pros**: We must ensure the full traceability of all products via our Defacto ERP system. The system allows us to maintain oversight of all of our stock. We are able to generate a recall vista in the event of a recall that works well. The system does the basic of what we need to maintain our stock.

> **Cons**: The system is very difficult to learn to navigate. It can be confusing and not straight forward to train out to new personnel. We have had some connectivity issues.
