Reviews of Qooper
Thank you for a great mentorship experience!
Comments: As a pilot, it is difficult to make meaningful connections in the industry while traveling all over the world. I really enjoy connecting with other female pilots and hearing about their challenges in a male-dominated environment. It's so important to have mentors that understand you and help you grow in your career, so having the technology to facilitate that has been useful.
Pros:
Easy to use platform for mentorship to improve diversity and inclusion in my area.
Cons:
I was able to set my goals, action items, and resources, so I’m pretty happy that I can have all of my career development in one place. Also, communication was seamless.

Thank you for the great review Amanda and we hope to bring the same experience to more pilots.
Qooper - With Insight Education
Comments: Qooper has helped with improving our safeguarding initiative as communication is now captured in one place. Students can freely reach out to their mentors and have a place whereby they can access other mentees on the programme.
Pros:
As a whole the platform is user friendly which is always a plus when working with students. The features on the deliver great ease, for example the prompts that are given by the 'Learning and Steps' section is nicely navigated. Moreover, the matching algorithm has made life simple.
Cons:
Honestly, the only feature missing is the the app which would elevate the platform even more - especially for students. That way students can check their app as opposed to their emails. The data report it would be nice to also see the number of actual meetings that have taken place.
Qooper is good!
Comments: It is new, I just set up my account last week, but I have already set up my profile and connected to my buddy with ease.
Pros:
The ability to connect with new coworkers and to track our meetings together. It connects easily with Microsoft so allows easy scheduling also.
Cons:
I don't have anything to not like about Qooper.
Mentoring
Pros:
A tool used to connect for mentoring meetings.
Cons:
Difficulty in scheduling meetings for mentoring.
Productive Application Software Mentoring Mentees
Comments: Shifting from the original platform and software with PCV to Qooper has been different in relating to clients who have yet to get used to being able to work with mentor advisors. Making sure the Google Meeting resource works in the login area.
Pros:
Qooper is a newer platform with a similar format as the former platform of Pacific Community Ventures. The design is different, but the quality of use remains present. What I like most is the ability for clients and potential clients to reply and set up functional meetings relating to important concerns and accomplishments.
Cons:
Making sure tech services are in solid working and functional conditions to promote actions Qooper demonstrates in technology and resourcefulness.
