> **Pros**: With Webdocs, the life cycle of the documents is much longer, thus avoiding using paper, helping the planet, it also helps to have all the files in one place to avoid wasting time searching for documents in other places and to be able to share them with others. other users from any part of the world where I am and thus facilitates my work flexibility, Webdocs works securely before the files that can be recovered in case of loss, it is a good option to keep all the information in the cloud or on the computer very well kept

> **Cons**: Overall, the platform is very clunky and dated. while it does its basic functioning the way it should, the skill and learning required in order to fully utilize the software and have the access one expects is relatively high.
