There is a lot of flexibility with the system and worked great for me as a small independent business. When I reached out to ask lots of questions they were answered and I was reassured as I had bad experiences in the past with other systems. The price was fantastic and replaced not only my website but also my email automations program and booking system. The support team are great, providing bespoke videos to run through any issues to help solve problems. The system feels very secure with clients needing very strong passwords, and it sending verification emails to them to log on. I find it very straightforward to use and they are constantly making improvements and take feedback from the users seriously. > > **Cons**: The website design tool sometimes is a little tough to get your head around, and at first some clients were struggling with a circle of verification when they were clicking through to create their passwords and the verification code then came on the emails which meant they lost the website to go back to get the code so ended up in a loop.
