Pros:
PayPal is without comparison, because it is the best, easiest, and safest, and it allows discounts when using payment through it. It is truly the best thing that has been invented on the Internet for use in electronic payments.
Cons:
There are no negatives, and if there are any, I will not see them because the features are so many in that application that it is more than wonderful. I can have some suggestions where multiple currencies other than the US dollar can be added or linked to electronic wallets.

the only drawback with paypal is that most of its services are not accessible everywhere in the world, for example certain African countries cannot receive payments on their paypal account

Comments: My experience with PayPal was good and stressful I'm using their services to received payment from buyers to my freelance business. It is quite easy and fast transaction but when your service is on Good and services you must to take care of your PayPal transaction because PayPal has strict policy regarding Virtual good products that may lead to stressful situation. I must give a PayPal of 4 out 10 ratings through the difficulty I had experienced to their services.

What I like about PayPal is the convenience brought to it's user wherever you are in the world you can use PayPal to received and send payment. Most of businesses offered PayPal for method of payment and it's very essential to pay to its client by seamless PayPal transactions. And you can also buy or do shopping through their partner merchant all over the world. Over all PayPal is the top of notch when it comes to Payment solutions.
Cons:
What I don't like about PayPal is their system of automatic block of the users when they are using or receiving a Good and Services products. This is one of the disadvantage of using Paypal through Good And services product their system automatically detect and predetermined that you are doing illegal without any valid reasons. This scenario brought bothersome to some users using Good and Services products.

Comments: PayPal has always been fair and transparent with their policies, although they do love to make changed to their policies and not make it abundantly clear how these policies are applied. Furthermore, policies are not identical throughout regions, so at times even PayPal customer service is confused. Whenever we reported issues to them, they were always polite and accommodating to a certain extend.
Pros:
PayPal is excellent is processing our online payments with a reasonable rate per transaction. Customers trust PayPal as their payment platform and as a result, we see an uplift in customer trust when they buy from us for the first time. PayPal is also industry leading in terms of international payment handling and protection both buyers and sellers.
Cons:
Although PayPal "supposedly" protects it's users, it often is a tug of war in terms of proving that everything is done EXACTLY according to their stipulated terms and conditions, even if this is not the default option that is presented to buyers and sellers. This often means that you will have to learn the hard way on how to protect your store from fraudulent claims, even if you think you have done everything by the book. Additionally, PayPal does not offer free refunds anymore. So if you dont trust the transaction, you're still forced to send it out or be forced to pay PayPal's fees.
