Pros:

I have had an exceptional experience with CartonCloud for over 10 years since the very beginning when setting up my first warehouse with Vincent. Their cloud-based setup and implementation process are incredibly straightforward, making it the easiest I've encountered. What truly sets them apart is their support, onboarding and an advantage of month-to-month contract option, providing flexibility that's rare in the industry. The support and integration team, including [sensitive content hidden], has been outstanding. They are not only responsive but also solution-oriented, consistently helping us with ongoing integrations for both internal operations and customer needs. Their dedication to user support is unmatched, ensuring our queries are promptly addressed. Overall, I highly recommend CartonCloud for anyone seeking a reliable, innovative solution with unparalleled customer service.

Limitations on Notification, but have submitted a feature request

Pros:

It simplifies logistics and warehouse management with an intuitive cloud-based system.

Cons:

The price is costly for small business owners

CartonCloud

Comments: Very positive, once up and running it is a great system. Also the after service backup is second to none.

Pros:

Carton cloud is the best warehousing and TMS that we have utilised.

Cons:

Unless you are a computer minded tech brain, it is hard to navigate setups for new clients.

Long time user, just as happy with the product as when we started in 2016.

Comments: Very happy, and they have become a core part of our service offering.

Pros:

It has the benefits of a large SaaS with the Agility of a small company. Many IT companies claim to be agile, but Carton Cloud are one of very few I have worked with that are adaptable, and able to help with solutions.

Cons:

Carton Cloud is incredibly powerful, and the down side is that many people don't know how to use all its features, and hence not understand its value.Some suggested ideas seems to take exceedingly long times to implement, but those abilities are not critical factors in using the equipment.
