> **Cons**: in order to sync, we have to pick a type in the details page of either residential or commercial but it is not a mandatory field for our users. so when i go to sync jobs and cannot find on my list, i have to go back and see if that was missed. i don't understand why this cannot be programmed to be a mandatory field for all users, if it is a mandatory field in order to sync. little slow when saving in between inputs.

> **Pros**: The customization options.  Restoration Manager has many options for customization throughout the system.  Many custom fields can be added for capturing specific information, plus most of the terminology throughout the program can be changed so that you see the terms you're used to using.

> **Cons**: The mobile application was very slow and not user friendly.  This was our main hangup with the system.  Other products have a much more seamless mobile experience.  The software was also very slow at times.
> 
> The team at RM is great, however we simple were not able to live with some of the downsides to the program and ended up going with a different system.
