Being the main center and adding new facilities and users into the system has been super easy, with how user friendly the system is I can teach other offices how to use it over the phone. The customer service when there are issues is good as well, everyone I have spoken with in the last year have been amazing. Shout out  \[sensitive content hidden\] she has been nothing but accommodating to me and my center\!

> **Cons**: The only issue I ever has is when a fix for something takes too long, like the printing issue took entire 7 days to fix, there was a work around, but that way was just as slow as printing individual documents. (Case Coordination)
