> **Pros**: The dashboard is very easy to read and understand. The speed with which we implemented Bench was very impressive. The 24hour support is AMAZING for someone who has no clue about bookkeeping/accounting/numbers etc.

One of the most important if not the MOST important aspect of running a business is keeping your books in order, especially a law firm that deals with client funds. At the beginning we hired another company (can't remember the name) and they did not know what they were doing at all. Then we started doing the bookkeeping ourselves and despite our best efforts we were constantly anxious of the books and not doing things right. Enter Bench\! The ai technology and the program make implementing a breeze and we can now rest easy knowing that our books are right and all our questions can be answered by their 24/7 support service.

> **Pros**: For the price I was very surprised what you get. In the past, I was paying a bookkeeper more than what I pay Bench for less services.

> **Cons**: I wish they did payroll too but since they don't they integrate with Gusto (payroll, benefits).
