> **Pros**: I love that I can, using the app, put stock numbers for keys that I need in the Que  so when I go to the machine I can just say check out the Que. That saves me time when I'm actually at the machine. I also like that I can check the app to double check what keys I have checked out to make sure I have them all accounted for.

> **Cons**: I wish that the app program would allow me to type in a partial number and it still be able to find the key. At the actual key machine, I can type in a partial number and it will come up, or at least give me a few options of keys that fit what I type.
> 
> KeyTrak key machine system over all is a major upgrade from the machine the dealership used to have. It breaks down a lot less than the old carousel style machine they used to have. Its also nice that with multiple drawers the keys can be separated by new and used, first key, second key etc.

> **Pros**: Being able to login with just my fingerprint saved a lot of time and aggravation with passwords, etc.

> **Cons**: The user interface seemed dated but that  could have just been the computer I was using it on. It still worked fine almost all the time but did freeze up a few times.

> Great tool for dealerships, valet, parking garages. It feels pretty secure an I enjoyed using it

> **Pros**: There is a secure feeling to having your keys locked up but the software and other functions are severely lacking.

> **Cons**: They remove access to features you initially pay for and then when you ask how to enable them again they refuse to answer you unless you buy their upgraded support plan.

You cannot entirely lock access top the system based on time you can only have a little beep noise enabled.

> I'd go with a different company if I could do it all over again.

> **Pros**: Not much of anything at this point. It is glitchy and always has issues.

> **Cons**: No real support for anything that is remotely dated. If you know these machines the majority of them in dealerships are the older systems. I have 2 systems that are paperweights.

> I have called time after time to get help with the systems. If you purchase a Keytrak system you should own have access to the software. I have 2 key machines right now that unless I sign up for a service contract I can't get access to the software that we purchased with the machines.
