Then, in the rare case that the software doesn't have the answer the guys at Futura will go ahead and build it\! It's almost as if they want you to come up with something they haven't considered so they can go ahead and improve the product even further. > > **Cons**: Some of the built in reports can be formatted in a way that would probably be described as outdated. Saying that, there are loads of ways to get the data you need so it's not the end of the world. I've also heard that some retail managers like these built in reports as they can access them very quickly and without assistance. > > Our on boarding was on a tight schedule, this was no problem for Futura. Our discounts and offers are complicated, again no problem for Futura. Almost 1 year into our relationship and the level of service is as fantastic as it was at day 1. We've been able to deploy core upgrades at our own pace and have had several bespoke add-ons developed over the years that are still being used today (e.g. accounting system interface, ecommerce interface, EAN management, sale price import, custom forms).
