> **Pros**: The ease of use ; importing features to be planned is very quick and straightforward, creating stories per feature is also easy and quickly syncs with JIRA. It's great to see the various teams' swimlanes building up their plans during big room planning - and instantly spot where there are dependencies.

> **Cons**: Very little that I didn't like. One thing that could be improved is not to have the board constantly default to the top - e.g., when you open up one squad's swimlane to full screen, when you minimise it again the board jumps to the top.
> 
> Visualizing the work to be done across multiple teams to deliver a feature - this has increased efficiency on our planning days and throughout the PI. Teams can start conversations earlier about dependencies and can feedback to Product what timelines are realistic.

Very helpful during a PI session replacing the “traditional” way using the hand written notes. 
Great tool for tracking the progress in meeting the milestones of the implementation.   
Integration with JIRA is a big plus.

- The tool helps you follow Scale Agile Framework (SaFe) best practices.
- I can track your sprints, teams and dependencies in a visual manner like never before in JIRA.
- Kendis force doesn't force you to migrate out of JIRA, since it is only a visualisation layer on top of JIRA, all your tickets remain created and updated in JIRA without additional effort.
