When I took the lead role in accounting, this software was already in place but it is highly insufficient for our needs. It is almost impossible to find transactions (both sides of a journal entry, for example) unless you made the entry and already know how it was coded. Customer service is a shot in the dark, to put it mildly and many reps on many occasions indicated to fix a particular issue, a one sided entry would be needed. Anyone in accounting knows that ais a horrifying answer to get. Once we left, we lost access in 30 days and the backup files are even harder to use (you have to search SQL tables) to try to find anything. > > The overall experience was less than stellar.
