"User friendly and comprehensive"

Comments: Fault tracking, Hardware Asset Management, Defence Security Classifications, Software Asset Management, Harddrive Asset Management, Easy Stocktakes, Easy Electrical Integrity Testing Checks. Saves so much time using this. We should have started using it years ago.

Pros: Takes care of almost all out IT asset and inventory management needs. Particularly like the way you can assign software to hardware and keep track of your inventories on both. Also so easy to stocktake. This saves us so much time so we can get on doing what we should be. The fault reporting and tracking is also very handy as it links directly into the hardware.

Cons: Has some financial reporting but could expand on this. Apparently they are working on this section so hopefully the next edition will improve this area.

"Our stocktake pre-planning has been reduced from days, to an hour."

Comments: Wish we start using this a long time ago. Finally, we are able to start making informed decisions with our IT equipment. Super easy to use. Would definitely recommend

Pros: Very easy to use. Set up was very quick. Our stocktake pre-planning has been reduced to an hour from what used to take days. Resource allocation is so much quicker and we are spending less because we finally know exactly what we have. Support has been excellent and they really do listen to our requirements and implement in updates

Cons: Lack of a Barcode scanner. But talking with the company there is one being built into the system so looking forward to that.
