> **Pros**: This software is good because its use has been easy to teach our team, it allows our team to wait for its objectives, the storage and output control of our items, the tracking of our customers and are updated is automatic

> This paladin is really great software. We use it for the stock management of our products, the tasks of this software is huge and saves us time, effort, very easy to use and fast. Customer support is also very exceptional. We certainly recommend the Paladin or the evolution of your business.

> **Pros**: I like that everyone can see who has rendered a search already; it helps our team sync up on being able to see all the searches in one place. It also helps across clients to see who else is interesting to them or who is being asked about from our clients. Ex: If i can see that \[sensitive content hidden\]  has been searched already, I can understand that maybe she's very relevant in culture right now.

> **Cons**: The user journey just feels soooo clunky. It's not an enjoyable experience to encounter; it's slow and not intuitive. I would expect that there's a great design journey for a research product of such high caliber.

> Paladin definitely helps us with discovery, but because of the clunkyness of the platform design I would not use it in other places.
