This means that if you really need to process payments through their software, you have to reach out to your client and explain that on top of the price they are paying for your services, they now have to pay a processing fee. Alternatively, you can bear the costs and then have to calculate how much you have to charge for them to pay the agreed-upon amount after the Tab fee. You are unable to process payments from past guests or no-shows. > > Uncomfortable. Firstly, the sales and set-up team are extremely pushy. They will not activate your account UNLESS you jump on a call with them. Secondly, it looks like Tab as a SaaS decides whether you can use its services or not (even once you've already set up your account and are a user). They feel the freedom to block your account if they no longer want you on the platform as they choose whether YOU are a match for THEM.
