> **Pros**: It's very easy to use and navigate around.  the order entry \& interrogation programs give a great amount of info couple up with the export to excel report available.

> **Cons**: Although there is functionality there it doesn't always fit our requirements so changes are needed.  there is no full audit trail available for management and we have to go to the helpdesk for this info - it would be so much better have this access readily available
