They said it was out of their control and we had to be patient for it to be approved. After waiting about a month, I transferred my number to another company. When I went to cancel, they told me a refund is not possible. So we had to pay for the duration of the year even though we weren't getting a service (texting) that was included in our package. > > Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a phone service.
