It's a professional solution, so much better than the HRIS systems with their inbuilt ATS. &#10;It's billed on per user, so its very cheap. The support team are excellent.

> **Cons**: Rolling it out and customising was a challenge but was worth it. The mobile app with default customisation is pretty basic so needs work. Sometimes the viewing of CV's in the platform is clunky depending on the CV but still fine.

> It's changed the way we recruit. Allows us to give a really positive candidate experience because we can track our interactions to be personable.
