> **Pros**: The software allowed us for some pretty unusual customizations on the back end.  However, these customizations didn't impact the rest of the functionality and thus far have no been impacted by any upgrades or changes to the Nomad platform\!

> **Cons**: The integration with our ERP wasn't officially supported, but the Nomad team did a fantastic job of migrating us to during an upgrade to a non-supported version.  The software still works as designed\!\!
