Occasionally I find myself running into minor snags, but everything is resolved quickly when the highly-attentive team steps in to help, or otherwise is on the to-do list of future initiatives. Tiny improvements would be nice (e.g. Q ready SPSS, capturing partial data), but these are minor niggles in an otherwise superb platform.
