> **Pros**: - Software is easy to learn and intuitive.
- Customer support team is helpful and responds in a timely manner.
- Built in result reporting feature.

> **Cons**: - There isn't a built in action for time. It is not easy to have the software get a file name that has a timestamp of +/- 1 minute.
- When trying to create a harness, the TA online support web pages are not abundantly clear. There are several steps, details, and screen captures that are missing when trying to implement a harness for the first time, making the process confusing and time consuming.
