> **Pros**: I like the ease of entering the information when I start a New Task.  The fields are relevant and uploading any supporting documents takes only a second.  I like the space allowed to write a description of the action or an explanation of the task.  It is then simple to archive and review what you have entered.

> **Cons**: This may be on me.  I have not been able to figure out how to delete a duplicate task from the system.  Also, I need to find out if I can print a report consisting solely of client names and their addresses.  I'm not sure where to find the instructions for doing this.

> As I've said, I find Next Agency exceptionally easy to navigate.  The various tabs contain much relevant info, like the benefits a certain group or person has or the waiting period a group has for its employees' benefits.  It is very organized.  Keep in mind I only use Next Agency for New Hires or to check an individual's benefits, but it has proven to be very straightforward and quick.

A refreshing departure from the enterprise-grade overkill of most agency management systems on the market, this is ideal for the small benefits-centric agency that just wants to track and manage their clients and sales pipeline within a well-designed, nimble system.  Frequent updates to features and functionality. The company is excellent at taking client feedback and implementing it.

> **Cons**: This is not a ding against NextAgency, but it wasn't the right fit for our agency (we are P\&amp;C heavy and just switched to a much larger software suite, and my benefits person didn't want to update two CRMs). If we were benefits-only I'd hardly have anything to complain about.
