> **Pros**: nothing, I would never recommend anyone using them for their horrible service again. I am a hard working practitioner who was sleuthed and did not have time to catch their scheme.

> **Cons**: They stole 18K from me by charging their monthly fees  over 5 years for no services used. Many other customers have experienced this. They ripped me off by not sending statements at all via mail or email, and were hard to identify on my bank statement. They also continued charging me by doing auto withdrawals which I confused as my other merchant service company. I had cancelled my subscription to appointmentsplus and thought I was done and paid a high price. They had no interest in refunding me other than 1000$

> I hate this company and hope that they get caught for their dishonestly and robbery of unsuspecting customers who are often too busy to be careful enough to monitor their crooked business practices.

> **Cons**: I was charged an Annual Fee of $499 that was not in existence when I signed my agreement and a $450 fee to develop their company (Infrastructure Brand Fee). My attempts to resolve the issue were met with promises of refunds and when I followed-up I was told these conversations were not documented.

> My rating is due to poor customer service, enormous fees that were not part of the original agreement and a lack of transparency with changes in fee structure.

> **Pros**: Used them for years as they were built into the software I use for my practice. Never had network issues processing any credit cards

> **Cons**: Did an audit recently and to echo many people here, found that they had raised rates without making this clear and actually lock you into penalties if you don't catch the raises within 30 days (pay attention to the fine print at the bottom of certain billing statements)
> 
> Basically they raise rates without telling you and hitting you with fees that you have no control over (ex: annual fee, infrastructure fee, etc). The straw that broke the camels back was seeing that they tripled and quadrupled certain fees which ended up adding up to them charging 11%/month (look online at even the worst alternatives, these are predatory rates). &#10;&#10;They cost me nearly 1.5k in just 3 months of extra fees and when I brought this to their attention and that they were in breach of a rate review contract I had done with them the year prior to lower rates, they stated that contract actually wasn't legally binding because it was an "addendum" and simply offered to lower the rates back down but no refund. &#10;&#10;I still don't understand how this is legal but I just would rather be done with it instead of getting lawyers involved. I have no clue how this company exists

> **Cons**: Fraud fees.  They will add fees and do not allow any way to dispute.  Beware.  Added technology fee and said to wait until it hits the account. Then charges without my permission.  Stay away

> They have written contract but add fees with out notice.  I met with managers and they are not helpful.  Representatives are not always accurate so call several times.

> **Cons**: they charged my account for 10 years even though we cancelled out service with them. Bad on me for not checking my bank account.  Charged me over $15,000 without ever processing a transaction. These people are certified crooks.

> We had 2 stores with TSYS, one store was cancelled, They did not cancel the other location, and continued to charge us even though they knew the terminals were not in use. Real ethical group of people.
