> **Cons**: Sometimes it was hard to access the app, so I kept having to reset my password. Customer service is not very nice/friendly to work with over the phone. No customer courtesy. I didn't like getting charged $6.66 each month. Need an account linked to a business to get for free. I wasn't aware of all this before I signed up. 
It would have been great customer service if they would have called to let me know my account wasn't linked and that I would be getting billed. Other credit companies call, why couldn't they. I didn't like that there was no customer service call from Pay to remind me of anything with my account.

> I've been getting billed $6.66 every month from May - December because somehow my Mary Kay was unlinked. 
I requested a courtesy refund $39.96 and would keep my account open. Propay only wanted to refund my account 2 months which is $13.32 and keep my account open. It doesn't work with my Mary Kay business since they changed pay platforms. I don't feel it's justifiable to keep open for free  without Mary kay.

> **Pros**: The setup is simple, making it's easy to navigate with receiving and transferring your money. Transactions are made easy and it's not time consuming.

> **Cons**: Now to be honest I haven't ran into any complications to make me dislike anything at Propay. It's a great software.

> My overall experience has been fabulous. It has made my life a lot easier for sure especially since I have a  self employed business.

> **Pros**: Ease of use was the thing we liked most about ProPay. It was easy for our office staff to use as well as our customers for online payments.

> **Cons**: I can't think of anything that we didn't like about ProPay.

> Overall experience was excellent. We were able to integrate it to our website so our customers could easily pay their bills online which they thought was a great feature of our services.
