### "EasyDITA closes gaps in our doc workflow by providing much-needed features" — 4.0/5

> **Pros**: Cloud-based service with capabilities of editing files locally and all browser-based (no additional applications required, save for the local editor we already had prior to subscribing to EasyDITA). 
The CMS manages links and detects broken links for us in real time, a feature that should be built-in to most tools but is unfortunately not. This helps us manage warehousing and reuse much more easily and effectively. 
The software itself is straightforward and easy to learn and use, improving our onboarding process. 
EasyDITA's support has been very helpful which is very highly appreciated -- the live people are knowledgeable and helpful, and the documentation is quite thorough.
The workshops are also quite informative and we'd very much love to see more demonstrations of that sort.

> **Cons**: There's a few UX choices that might need to be re-evaluated but are not blockers (i.e. improving the status toggling, task assignment, streamlining UI for reviewers, etc). 
There are essential editing functions that we would love to see in the application that we currently use in our local DITA XML editor that either do not work as well in CMS or are not available (yet?); sometimes, there are bugs with the CMS that force us to use the local application as well which is acceptable (e.g. inserting new elements in DITA topics). Occasionally, the file locking feature doesn't recognize when a file is available for locking and we need to override it manually.
