> **Pros**: Infiplex is versatile, and the developers allow themselves to be flexible for the needs of the customer. There really isn't anything that it is unable to do. Whether it is B2B transactions or inventory, or documents to be sent to your 3PL, they can do it. The developers working with you every step of the way, as efficiently as possible, is my number one takeaway by working with Infiplex\!

> **Cons**: When other businesses refuse to utilize API because of them scared of change. This is a much more effective, and reliable, source of document transitioning compared to a lot of other options out there. Namely archaic EDI (though Infiplex is open to sending these documents).
