I have to admit, I was relieved that the "scoring" feature did not fail when I generated a performance report for the boss today. Now everything (self-reflection) that is related to performance reporting is in one place, therefore I do not have to open up a hundred email attachments every time I want to view someones history. > > **Cons**: The logo on the home page appears to be way to small and appears to be ridiculously small. Additionally, I dislike how many times you have to click before viewing a brief history of someone's previous goals.
