> **Pros**: Provides a daily breakdoen as tasks are entered for easy calculations when invoicing clients. And you can then produce a report for weekly review.

> **Cons**: Manual time entry does not allow for calculation by seconds - so need to allow for this when entering calculations. I have tasks that regulsrly take 3.5 minutes and have to stagger entries between 3 and 4 minutes so calculated correctly.
> 
> User friendly.&#10;Once you understand the basics it is very easy to use\!&#10;Just need a bit of tweaking by programmers for timing issues.

> **Pros**: What I like most about Clockify is the ease of tracking time.&#10;It's so easy to add new projects and clients on the fly, and the reporting functions allow us an in depth overview of where and how the team uses their time.

> **Cons**: The only think I don't love about it is that I can't have different workspaces open in different browsers (if I change the workspace in one browser, it changes in the other), and that I can't change the email address for a single workspace to hive it off from my other workspaces (my mistake with initial setup)

I've been using it for 5 years now and it allows us to track time across projects, export to CSV, then into Xero so that our chart of accounts show what the team has been working on. Prior to this we were using Toggl, and I've tried a few other time tracking apps, but Clockify makes it all too easy.

> **Pros**: Ease of use - I can easily clock in and clock out of tasks.&#10;It also integrates nicely with my productivity program (ClickUp) and my accounting software (QuickBooks Online), which results in useful reports and makes invoicing my clients for services accurate and quick\!

> **Cons**: That it doesn't do the work FOR me ;) haha. &#10;Probably the only thing is that that the terminology between Clockify and my integrated software isn't consistent. (linking projects with clients, and clients are something else entirely etc.)

> **Pros**: This is a great application for managing contractors and projects. The simplicity and ubiquitiness of the application to be accessible via the web, mobile app and desktop app is great. The reporting also allows me to provided evidence to customers that work has been carried out as agreed thus reducing the push back.  &#10;The reporting also allow me to do trending analysis against job estimates so I can work out if I am loosing money or making a profit over my costs. It enables the company to be more competitive and quote correctly.

> **Cons**: Access to some of the feature via the radio buttons is difficult to bring up. There is some features on the Time Sheet entry under Calendar that is difficult to invoke.
> 
> Overall this is a great application and I can't wait to see more API inclusions to accounting applications.
